Mr. P.S.Rao, is Science Graduate and worked for TATA STEEL for a period of 18 years. He has also done specialization diploma in I.S.T.D. Indian Society for Training and Developement from H.R.D. Ministry, New Delhi. He is the renowned counselor and trainer and conduct various employee connect programs in many companies.

He conducted a one day workshop in our Unit 2 facility on 8 September 2019, where more than 100 employees and their family members attended his session. His workshop have immensely helped our organisation as he explained how to improve the personal performance and personal contributions. He focused on improving the working relationship with team and increasing the capacity to identify and manage future challenges and changes.
